These words are from the heart of Pastor Charles Rice as I attempt to share what the ministry and friendship of brother Jim Profitt means to Janine and I. For as long as I’ve known Jim, it’s always been about putting God and His kingdom first whether it was singing the gospel with Warren, Betty and Shirley, or when it was just Jim and Shirley, or with Bryan and Tina in PROFITT, he has always pushed forward to promote the gospel through song and testimony. But his calling didn’t stop there. He has through the years, preached the gospel as a preacher, teacher, evangelist, and Pastor. He Pastored several church congregations in multiple States no doubt, having part and winning many souls for the Lord. Even in the midst of many heartbreaking trials, Jim, as always, fought the good fight, and is set on finishing his course and most of all keeping in the faith. I am proud to say Jim Profitt is my friend. We’ve had many heartfelt talks together throughout the years. He always encouraged me and the wife to push forward in the ministry that God gave us this past year. So whether it’s ministry or friendship, Jim Profitt is one that I can sit and listen to sing, preach or just sit and have a cup of coffee as two old friends. May God continue to bless you brother and whatever ministry God calls you to.

Greetings in the name of our Lord! I have known Jim Profitt for over 30 years or more lol! He sang with his Mom N Dad since he was a kid! The Profitt singers! Jim was married to my first cousin Shirley Kay until her death! Beautiful melody 🎶 together. Jim was responsible for information leading to my current pastoring TMM church. All these years Jim has been there to minister to God’s children!!! Talented, giving, caring, friendly man of Faith!
